Purpose of establishment

In September 1962, the school established the Research and Development Committee. In December 1964, the board of directors approved the formal establishment of the Research and Development Office. In 1984, the school meeting approved the name change to the Research and Development Office. In March 1985, There are two groups for research promotion and school affairs development. In November 1992, the school affairs meeting approved the addition of a patent and technology transfer center.
